I am currently working with IBM and my last working day is March -05. But till now I have not received resignation acceptance letter or any checklist.

I have served the entire 3 months notice period. When I checked with me manager he told me that he has done all the formalities from his end but I'm worried as I have not received any formal mail till now.

Please help me what should I do in such scenario.

My joining in ibm on 25th August..But I can join 4-5 days early. So I will ask hr to change my joining date 4-5 days earlier. So am I eligible for any joining bonus or can I ask hr about joining bonus? One other company providing the same CTC as IBM but with 1 lac joining bonus extra...TIA
