Hi everyone, I am working on java since 2017. I have 1 YOE in Tata Consultancy in support and now I want to switch to a Java developer role. I have personally worked on Java, Servlets, JSP, Spring, Spring Boot, Rest API and Hibernate. Made & deployed a few projects also, but don't have relevant/ company experience in Java. I also cleared Infosys interview 1 month back but my notice period is 3 months, so HR dropped my candidature in negotiations.Can anyone please suggest to me what I should do?

I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I had a recent offer for a state government position in a talent acquisition role but I’d be taking a $25K pay cut. I am extremely over qualified for the position but it could possibly be a stepping stone and gives me the time to acquire SHRM certifications and possibly start taking classes to get my MBA. Has anyone worked at both an MBB and life science firm? Sometimes I think I would have been exposed to more interesting/ in depth / more drug heavy projects if I went the life science route. Right now I see a lot of org transformation and people / Corp strategy health care cases at an MBB. But not sure which is better when thinking of exit opportunities in pharma. Thoughts?

I was recently (in April) fired from a good nursing position that I was at for 5 years. I reached out to my old ADON to get some information on where we had our vaccinations from and she told me that I should come back and the administrator that I had issues with is gone. Is this something I should even consider? I miss my patients and some of my coworkers and the pay is better, but I don't feel like I would really be welcome to come back.

I am an individual contributor with ~8 years of experience and a strong track record. I enjoy my work, but am getting a little burnt out being directly customer facing.
