Hi everyone. I applied for 2 position with Deloitte in December. I had the first interview for a Human capital consulting position in December. For the second position, I had a call with the recruiter and he mentioned much might not happen until January. I have sent emails to both recruiters but gotten no response. Does it usually take a while to get feedback? Especially considering the holiday break.

AWS Developer -Deloitte USI - 15fixed + 0-10% Variable + 4LJB (retention bonus) 2. Sr security Analyst - AWS IAM - Sony India software centre - 17.5fixed + 3L Variable. Im very much interested in AWS Developer role but scared of WLB at Deloitte. Sony have a very good reviews and pay also better only concern here it is cloud security and limited to only AWS IAM.

Starting as an SM in S&A on the strategy side in the next few weeks. What does travel budget generally look like? I understand first class flights are a no go domestic which sucks, but hoping hotel and food budget makes up for it. Also, does Deloitte pay for platinum Amex or is that out of pocket?

My joining date is coming closer, however education background checks are still processing ( international degrees) . My onboarding coordinator told me that I can still join even if education check is still in progress, provided there wont be any flags. I don’t see any issue with my degrees and have done same with my past companies.
