I booked an interview slot yesterday for Accenture – Custom Software Engineer (SAP Security) role. During the booking, I selected three preferred dates: 19th, 21st, and 22nd.
I haven’t received any confirmation yet, so I wanted to ask:
How long does Accenture usually take to confirm the interview date?
Will I get an email confirmation, or does HR call directly to confirm the schedule?
Should I just wait, or follow up somewhere?

What do hiring managers want to hear when they ask "What's your process?" because I don't think I have one.

And when I explain something from Lean UX or something then apparently that's too cookie cutter.

I've done 26 interviews in the last month and I half and I've gotten no where 🥲

Has anyone recently done a single-round super day (4 cases in a day) at McK? Want to know if the interviews were back to back and whether they were all straightforward/typically structured.

I’ve noticed on Glassdoor, salaries for my level (Director) are higher than my base but have similar bonus opportunity. At what level of pay gap would you push or make a stink? In hindsight I should have pushed more during the hiring process. At 160k base now, seeing ranges in the 170s to low 180s. These are specific to my current company.

Is there a role for a CPA that wants to get into data analytics? Senior audit associate now that wants to exit to get experience with SQL, Python etc. but don’t want to start all over. What roles can I look at where I could leverage my CPA experience but still learn about analytics?

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.

What’s the common process for when a client offering you a job at the end of the project? Do you still have to go through interviews and stuffs like a normal application or the client would just send you an offer?
