Hi everyone, I completed my L1 and L2 interviews for a Senior Associate ER role at PwC on April 23, and the discussions went well. It’s been around 10 working days now and I haven’t received an update yet. I also tried following up with HR but haven’t heard back so far.

Is this timeline normal for PwC hiring, especially for experienced roles? Would appreciate any insights from people who’ve gone through a similar process.

Need some guidance. Here is my situation:
1. Just transferred to big 4 FDD as snr from big4 audit (~a month ago, with no deal yet under my belt)
2. Studying for fmva certification
3. 1+ year plan is to take the GMAT & apply to ivy league mba program. Planning to break into IB and then PE later.
4. Got approach recently by a recruiter from Houlihan Lokey (HL) for an associate position in the Midwest. Comp range 120k -130k. I make about 100k now.

Looking for advice. ~1 month ago I started formally complaining to HR about some toxic partners, uncompetitive comp, and excessive work load. There has been a lot of TO in the last 12 months and I have been interviewing elsewhere.
