I have been thinking of completing my CIP course I only finished one course so far, but from your experience did anyone find it worth investing the time and did completing it help you find a better role or make more?

Just scored 700 on my GMAT and I feel like a bag of crap. For reference, I put in 300+hrs into my studying, which is overkill but the course I signed up for took this long.

Friend of mine was supposed to receive an offer (told verbally) from Deloitte and then just found out they are pausing on hiring the role. How common is that? Seems wildly unprofessional that none of the partners called and instead it was the recruiter conveying that news. I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ? Should I apply again in new year or don’t bother ?
