Hi everyone, I have completed all 5 rounds of interview at GOC Hyderabad for Data Engineer Specialist role. My last round (CF) was on May 5th. Application still shows 'In Progress' on portal but no update since then. All candidate emails are bouncing and the 91-40 number isn't getting picked up. Has anyone faced a similar situation or does anyone have a working recruiter contact at GOC Hyderabad? My notice period ends June 15th so any help is appreciated. Thank you!

I have a promising interview at a relatively large law firm in my area (+100 attorneys) next week. The position is for a transactional role in their real estate practice group, and they are seeking someone with at least 2 YOE. I have a bit over 7 YOE with a strong real estate/commercial lit. background. Over the past two years in my current position, I've been doing a lot more transactional work. The split is around 50% transactional and 50% lit.

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?
