I have never done salary negotiation as this is my first job switch .

I was able to make it till final hr round in Bosch .
I have 3 years of experience with 7.8 lpa as current package .

I have asked from 11 to 13 .But the recruiter ,stood only at 10 lpa .
What shall I do ,as Bosch is my dream company i could not have a second thought too .
If I stand polite with atleast 11 lpa ,will there be any chance of rejected ?

Could anyone help me with this dilemma .

Random partner asked a litigation-related question to a partner I frequently work with (i’m a transactional associate). My partner cc’d me and said for me to briefly look. Asked the library. They got me a great case. Sent it back. Now the random partner is asking for more cases in another circuit.

They asked for salary slip and offer letter to decide on the numbers. But my current pay scale isn't as per the industry standards and they are asking me to move to bangalore. If they give me a hike based on my current salary it would be next to impossible to move to bangalore. How do I put forward my points to them to try and convince them to pay me as per industry standards?
