I have recently received an offer from Deloitte USI with a fixed pay of ₹12 LPA and a 10% variable pay.
I have around 3 years of experience in SAP Payroll ECP / HCM

I’d like to know if this is a good offer based on my experience and skillset, or if there’s scope for negotiation.
Any insights on career growth, work culture, and project exposure in SAP Payroll/ECP at Deloitte USI would also be really helpful.

Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
