Interesting all the noise about these PPT, my take:

The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

Top SDRs oftentimes don't sound like traditional salespeople when cold calling. They use a very casual voice tone.

Here are a few tips:

1. Avoid upward inflections at the end of sentences. This makes it sound like everything you ask is a question
2. Slow down and eliminate buzzwords. Speaking fast makes you sound nervous and less confident
3. Avoid reading from a script - internalize your message and put it into your own works so you sound like YOU!
