How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? Hi Fishes,
Recently got interviewed at Infosys for Data Science role and yesterday received email asking to fill employment form and to share PAN and a passport size photograph.
Does this mean I have cleared my interview.
If yes what will be the next procedure if anyone who got selected recently in Infosys can explain the next procedure that will be a great help and stress relief for me.

OP, I switched out from tcs few months back.
If you're a person who hates technical work, enjoys a completely laid back life, wants to move into management asap and skips on the work assigned to you then please stop reading here. Stay in Tcs and follow internal politics to keep your job.
If you're not that sort of a person, read on.
You are way too paranoid about job security. Even Tcs kicks some people out one way or another. It just happens discretely so not many are aware of this.
Coming to the point, you really think you can retire in Tcs? If you do then its time to wake up. Few of my acquaintances who joined Tcs back in 1999-2000 and now are in P.Con roles are literally fighting for their jobs. They have to be available all the time for calls and they are all big folks in the management who have had massive client exposure (3-4onsites) and massive tech/business experience.
If you think we will still get that sort of treatment by being loyal to the company, please think again mate.
If you check the job security index outside, most firms range from 3.7-4.0 out of 5. Tcs has 4.1 rating in that btw. But its plainly visible, the difference is not that much.
If you do your work the bare minimum way, you can get job security in any reputed organization. And your career path will follow the same route as its in tcs. Work as a technical person then slowly in 5-6years move into management.
You're only losing out by staying in the company that's it.
If you're willing to do the work assigned to you, you will find job security anywhere. So switch, upskill, earn more, stay relevant to the market.
Bro Deloitte just gave 40% hikes and you are still debating whether to stay in tcs . I'm an ex tcs employee and im thanking my stars i left that place
Don't fret about job security , its a myth tcs does not fire people . They don't do mass layoffs but they definitely fire/let go of people . Plus you never know when tcs might change its business approach/policy . There are many stable companies like the big4/banks(goldman,hsbc,amex etc.) /Domain specific(xilinx/Qualcomm/UHG) dont waste your career in tcs
Market is very open right now. If you see yourself stuck with no learning & earning , move on.
Moving out of tcs with 4 yrs experience was the best decision I ever made.. Its either money or job security.. I moved to HCL with 100% hike.. Roughly, It takes two promotions and consecutive A band for 4 years to reach this package in TCS
Yes bro .I'm thinking about job security in other companies .
I am Ex TCSer and I have got so much technical and financial growth one I have moved on. All MNC generally have job security and financially you will save atleast 3 to 4 years of time in 1 switch.
Why not try to change tech/role? If there is no learning in that
Current project no scope for tech role.
People are advising to switch, but here's the catch. He already said there is no learning in the project that he is in. So how can he switch to a different role or tech in which he does not have expertise. Its definitely not just based on him, it is faced by most of the people who get stuck in such projects.
Would love insights and suggestions
