Hi everyone, I have three offers and need to decide by next week. I have 5 years of experience and am looking for advice on which offer would be best for career growth and work-life balance. Here are the details:

1. Accenture (Bangalore - Hybrid) - 24 LPA + 27% variable pay - Management level 9
2. Harman (Bangalore - Hybrid) - 25 LPA + 10% variable pay - Technical Lead
3. EY (Chennai - Hybrid) - 21 LPA + 10% variable pay - Senior Consultant Rank 42

I would recommend EY if it’s EY GDS. EY GDS offers good variable pay; although the standard rate for rank 42 is 10%, I've been receiving 21% and 20% variable pay for the past two years. Additionally, they provide decent raises compared to Accenture.

Thanks for your input

Accenture is much more organized and professional in it's processes compared to EY. You'll save a lot of mental peace. Plus based the offer you have, your base is higher at ACN anyway.

Great Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

I did work in Accenture, it would be be good option. And one of friend did work on EY..that is also not bad option.

Has anyone been in a similar position and made a move? Can you please share your experience? Thanks!

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

I work heavily in AWS and am looking to learn another cloud platform. I have zero knowledge of azure and gcp and would like input on which to learn. Azure would make sense since its the second largest in terms of market share, but GCP seems far more interesting and technically challenging with things like Kubernetes and BigQuery.

Hello,
I work in SAP Data Migration space.
Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.
