Work mode: 1 day office rest WFH
Wipro: 23.6 fixed plus 15 percent variable
Work mode : 3 days client office, 2 days WF
Years of Experience: 8 years
Role : product owner
I stay in mysore and office location is bangalore which takes 3 hours to commute so one time visit to office costs me 1k including food

Kindly suggest which is best option.

Sounds like RFEs are drastically up lately. However, are corresponding rejections similarly up as well? Or are most RFEs being resolved?

Girlfriend has very obvious high functioning anxiety and body image issues that she admits but thinks she doesn’t need therapy or medication and that reading self-help books will help her. After my HR round today, Hr called up and said that will move forward with the offer but approvals with higher management might take some time as there is a hiring freeze.
Do you think offer will be released? And how much time these approvals take ?

She mentioned at the end that they are definitely going to offer as all feedbacks are positive.
But it all depends on the approvals.
