I recently cleared the interview at HPE. I am currently a Senior Manager and have received an offer from HPE for a Manager 1 role. Is this role similar to a Senior Manager in the IT field? Also, I haven't received RSU in the CTC. Does HPE provide RSU for the Manager position?

I’ve been with my current company for a little over 5 years now and since the start of the pandemic have been WFH. I absolutely love WFH and have always wanted a position in which I could WFH. Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..
