I recently interviewed with Accolite and completed all the rounds, including the manager round, on April 23rd. However, I haven't received any updates from them yet. I've sent follow-up emails and called the HR, but haven't received any response. What should I expect? Has the interview process concluded, or is there still a chance of further communication?

Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.

I have a total of 8.1 yrs of development experience in Java, Bigdata and Hadoop (new to it).
I got an offer from Capgemini for Manager/C2 designation with a CTC of 24 LPA. I just wanted to know the roles and responsibilities at this designation.
Will it be a profile shift from technical to managerial position or is just a designation (as per HR) the actual job would be to lead/guide any team?

I am .net developer basically developed window and web application with the help of vb.net,c#,Asp.net MVC,html,jquery,css,bootstrap, sql server.

Yoe 6yrs not getting much calls , also if getting calls in technical not getting selected.
