I'm a 2024 CSE grad currently working in automation testing at an MNC with a 3-year bond. The pay is good (7 LPA > 9 > 12), but I’m not interested in testing—I’ve always been passionate about development. I have joined them with no Option
Now I also have an offer from Accenture (4.8 LPA, PADA role) and am waiting for the joining letter.
Should I stick with the current role despite the bond and good package, or switch to Accenture for a chance at something closer to development?

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

How much is too much when pushing for a raise? I’ve been in my position a little over 1 year, received top scores in my annual review, kept my team intact, yet I’m paid at the lowest salary band for my level. Manager has said multiple times she would look into a raise for me but nothing has happened. Person before me in this role was earning +$17K than me. How many times do I have to ask?

Accepting an offer in IBD, lateraling over from consulting. Opportunity of a lifetime for me so don’t want to lose it.
But timing is horrible. I joined the Army Reserves before this opportunity was on my radar. Interviewed over several months, got the offer, but shipping out in 1 month for training for 6 months.
