I have 15 years of experience in designing and building enterprise applications, with expertise in:

* Java 17, Spring Boot, Microservices
* REST APIs, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes
* AWS & Azure Cloud
* System Design, Solution Architecture
* SQL/PostgreSQL, Oracle

Do you find working remotely during this time that you’re having a harder time staying on top of everything that’s going on? With the scattered communication and a boss who hasn’t been as focused and can be hard to pin down, I sometimes think I’m giving 150% but something ends up lagging and I’m just wiped out. What are some of your tactics to avoid missed items and stay active and on top of everything through the Covid funk?

Does anyone on here teach a high school minority studies class? Do you teach according to US History chronologically or do you teach it with each group having their own unit?

Left PA and started industry remotely. Haven’t been in the office. Met my team one time. Tips are to always be on video for even the smallest of calls. Take a ridiculous amount of notes. In downtime, go through your notes and come up with questions by reperforming old work. Set up recurring question sessions with your team so you know what to do next time. Set up performance meetings even monthly because it’s hard to get a gauge on your performance

For parents with school-age kiddos (kindergarten up), what do you do for childcare? Thinking about giving up our nanny, but worried about juggling days off, sick days, and summer break.

Hi, I'm getting lot of interview calls for SAP SD Consultant but they want someone experienced 2 to 3 years of experience, 1 or 2 implementation done, support or rollout etc, Relevant experience of sap is zero I have, for BFSI industry is 3+ years I've, so what would u suggest??I'm not getting any work, 5 months gap already now in doing SAP course, hana certifications etc,any fresher in SAP, how u made it in SAP?
