I'm currently working at a start-up as a Manual Tester, and I signed a 2-year bond when I joined. I've completed one year so far, but working here has become a nightmare. The work environment is toxic, and the salary isn't satisfactory. I desperately want to switch jobs, but I'm stuck and don't know how to get out of this situation.

Any advice on how I can navigate this and find a way out would be greatly appreciated.

In salary breakup of Bosch apart from total CTC, another payable amount is mentioned under 'NPS optional- Company Contribution'. What does this optional means? And whether this NPS amount is on the top of the offered CTC or will they adjusted it with some other component mentioned under fixed salary?

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

In my company Total CTC = CTC + Gratuity + Insurance.

I'm struggling to understand why anyone would use these at all. Significantly caps your upside. If you are uber wealthy, why wouldn't you continue investing in the market? Why pay the crazy fees for these products that are essentially just 90% treasury bonds and 10% levered ETFs and covered calls?
