TCS is the worst company one can be in.
Cheap mindset management cares more about timesheet, wfo, forceful mandatory trainings, imposing strict restrictions on laptop, access to personal docs only via vpn,no employee well being no salary hikes nth at all.90% projects filled with freshers coz they cost less.No WLB for good dedicated hard working employees as they are punished with more and more work, leaves rewards mostly for people who don’t work. But no issues kyunki job security hai 😂

Additional Posts in Tiger Analytics India
I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?

You need to work 2days from office and that also if your project required at the moment, according to me wlb is very good.
May I know, what's your role & client industry (Retail, Insurance etc)
Does Tiger have some 30 days in a year work from anywhere policy? I'm going to visit my sibling in other country, does tiger allow to work from there for some days?
Okay
My role is Program Lead - BFSI
35 LPA with 8 years of experience is actually good compared to general average. Since your CTC is already on a higher side may be that's the reason they didn't stretch much but i have seen people at TA with similar CTC at 7 to 8 YOE.
It all depends on the project or account/ domain you are part of or hired for . Job stability is not a concern and it has flexibility as well. It will be better to comment if you mention your YOE tech stack and the level you are hired for .
For some accounts in BFSI , work life balance is a concern as at times but as long as you co ordinate well with your mentor and team it should be fine as guess .
Tech stack - Sql, Python
Past exp - Banking domain, Pharma, Logistic

If you are not allocated to a client that specifically wants you to work at a client location you can work from anywhere. They have been calling back to office but they are not strict. They are giving permanent wfh to so.e employees to retain them
