He received an extended offer to continue working with them next fall with $72k base salary and $3k sign on. Does this sound fair? I'm pushing for him to ask for more. His background: 2 Yrs of Taxes, 5 months of reg Audit, 2 months of IT Audit. He's also completing his MS in Accounting by Dec 2022. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!

I quit a small PA company to join big4 but my manager here is picky and she fixed everything that I did to her way. Now old manager asks if I want to come back if she matches the salary. What should I do? Yes I like my old manager, team and it was so comfortable back there. I don’t like big4 timesheet and the reason I left my old company because of I moved to different city. Amazon FLDP vs Gartner Consulting (post-MBA level). I am worried taking Amazon will close the door for consulting in the future. My company’s SOP template has a table of contents and a section at the top where the SOP owner is supposed to add a short statement containing the “Why” of the SOP, meaning a statement about what the SOP is supposed to solve for/ accomplish.
