I'm working in Oracle from last one year. I'm looking for a switch. My current package is around 30 lacs per year. An amazon is offering me sde 1 position with 31 compensation on first year.

Please suggest guys if I shall take as sde 1 at Amazon or search for other companies, sde 2 amazon for switch?

Also if someone has openings in their teams, please let me know.

On my CV I have a section listed as “Education” and under it I have “Business Studies” with the university name and the 3 years that I attended the course (2.5 to be exact). It’s a 4 year degree and under this I have my High School equivalent with the years I attended there. The education wasn’t mentioned in the interviews. Continued below.

I have just recently accepted a position as Director of Compliance at a Fin-Tech company here in Naples, FL.. My previous 17 YOE were strictly in the Financial industry.
