Does Google normally do rejections via phone? Or is it done by email?

Anybody with approved H1B but not stamped due to no on-site opportunity? Any ideas what should be the next step ? Can I apply for deloitte US job directly? Or look for jobs outside using the same visa approval?

Guys, I interviewed at amex gurgaon 10days ago and was told by VP that I will hear from HR very soon. But when I checked on HR yesterday, she said interviews are still in progress and it will take a week more to finalize.
I want to know do they take this long to close a position? This opening was posted on 30th Sep.. It's already been 1.5 months. This is when they said the position was urgent!! 🙄

After rejecting big companies like Infosys,Wipro, etc. I've joined EPAM Anywhere due to wfh permanently and it's perks. But after spending 1 and half month HR called me to search the opportunity outside of EPAM, means they're laying off people. It's unfair behaviour of the organisation. I literally cannot stomach to be around my in laws any longer. When people ask you for YOE, do you include your time in grad school at all? I feel like writing that you have 2 YOE when you’re 30 years old gives a warped sense of level and compensation.

I started a full time in-house design job that pays extremely well. I barely have to work at all. This makes me very confused since I kept hearing stories of people working 60+ hr weeks as designers at ad agencies.
