I’ve received an offer from BNP Paribas , Mumbai office for a Technical Lead role in the CEP IT project and would appreciate insights, as I’m currently at Barclays, Pune office.
How is BNP Paribas in terms of Java/Spring tech stack, lead-level ownership, career growth, and compensation/bonuses compared to Barclays? Is CEP IT a strategic or maintenance-heavy project?

Management etc, I had other offers from societe generale and hsbc similar offer but in hsbc the role was of a manager in compliance risk analytics domain, bnp is in trade and investment banking domain, I choose bnp, was it a good choice?
