Atlanta

Hi everyone. Looking to move to ATL from NYC, spent lots of time there for client work over the years and I love it. Looking for exit opportunities, 8 total YOE (3 in Big 4 consulting and 5 in industry) no visa/work restrictions. I'm also a super fun guy to work with!

I love Atlanta! If you’ve enjoyed it here in the past I think you would love living here too.

Atlanta is great provided you have a car. BlackRock has a new office location here. Invesco is another big one in the finance industry.

I have worked at 4 big companies in Atl - full time and intern. So know quite a bit. The work is a bit on the slower side, not as fast paced... all have great work life balance.

Really hard to answer without more details but if you spent lots of time there for client work.. wouldn’t you want to reach out to that client?

LinkedIn job search is probably your best start. Are you in tech, cyber, finance...?

My background is 5 years in consumer goods and pharma as a project manager, 3 years in program management at EY. Looking to get into tech/consumer good program/product manager roles

I have been in atlanta for the past 6 years...job options outside cosulting are mostly shit here.....pay is terrible. Delta or home Depot are the only decent employers here.

Arrow Icon

I have been in non-consulting roles and had NYC colleagues - I made on par with them in these roles.

Arrow Icon

Theres Coke, Mailchinp, NCR, Global Payments, and tons of other nig companies here. There's a pretty decent startup culture as well if your looking for smaller companies.

Arrow Icon

To add to that..Fiserv, Equifax, Kabbage, OneTrust, Cox, Salesforce

Why not just transfer to Atlanta office and stay with EY?

Arrow Icon

Do you know why EY has put transfers on hold?

Female, 4 years in the industry, 2 years as a planning associate, 2 years as an FA. Got an offer from an awesome team to be a CSA - which seemed great because (I think) I miss the support/planning role and I haven’t loved my time as an FA thus far. However, management has now stepped in and insisted I join the new team as an FA, not CSA. What should I be considering when making this decision on changing teams/titles? Should I push back on management on joining as a CSA?
