Need some guidance on a notice period issue.

I resigned with a 90-day notice period and requested early release. After serving notice for more than a month, I have been safely replaced in the project.

However, my skip manager is now trying to allocate me to a new project and has refused early release. They are also not allowing notice period buyout or adjustment using earned leaves.

Any suggestions?

After graduating with my MBA with a focus in project management, I moved organizations to go from an EMR education manager to a full time project manager specializing in EMR implementation projects. I’ve found that although I enjoy the work- changing organizations and roles in a remote world was harder than I anticipated. I want to be great at my job and I think connecting with others that have gone through similar things could help.

Need advice. I’m at my first job in private accounting. Previous experience is as an auditor. I am struggling to figure out the way JEs are posted at my current company. It’s never straightforward even for simple entries. There’s things like settlements which confuse the crap out of me. I have attended l2 meeting 2 weeks ago. Waiting for results. Now another job vacancy posted, if I'm able to get reference and apply for the posting. Will I be called again even if I apply with same mail account. Because still I didn't get rejection mail for 1st interview.

Recently I cleared 2 technical rounds and had salary discussion with HR on 26th July.
When I enquired about offer letter last week, hr replied in mail that "Since your education under blacklist with cognizant, we are unable to process with your offer. Many of college alumni are already working with cognizant. Even mailed them what part of education is blacklisted but they are not replying.should I still expect offer letter from them?

I don’t have the relieving letter as of now.. it will take some time for my current organisation to release it.. how can i ho forward with the onboarding???

Sinple advise those who are waiting for SA promotion... whatever package u r getting as A you will get only 15% hike for promotion to SA...so it's nt at well worth, Better switch.
