Past three months I am facing very extreme level office issue.my boss doesn't like me from day one.
He is 70 years old and I am working here past 12 years. He never promote me or boost up my confidence due to I am not a boot licker.
I am hopeless for my career and family stability.
I got offer letter from two company for a site LNG project on basis of bond and other one offerred Sr.Manager in low budget but my is denied for that area.
What should I have to do? I am also searching other jobs.

Why the resource team is wrongly mapping to higher level management role project proposals. Like 4 yr experienced people are being proposed for 10 year experience requirement.

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team. Initial phase - Candidates struggling to get interview calls.

Ending phase - Companies struggling to match a higher offer.
