I had applied for a job but mistakenly submitted a wrong resume and instantly withdrew my application on workday. However, I have received interview call for that role and am very much interested in taking it up, I explained the HR about resume he said it’s okay.
But since I had withdrawn the application, will the application process forward or get cancelled?

Pricing Strategy vs. Marketing Communications (both in Pharma)? Which role do you guys/gals believe better sets one up for a leadership role in marketing in the future. Comp for both roles are equivalent and I like both specializations equally, so neither comp nor interest is a factor. Only factor I’m weighing is which is a better path towards potential leadership role in the future. T.I.A!!!
