[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?
Bain & Company Contemplating a move from Accenture Strategy to Strategy&, or Monitor Deloitte. Part of my consideration is the assumption that WLB is likely to be better than at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company. Could any of you fellow European fishies shed some light on the validity of this assumption? Sharing experiences would be highly appreciated.
Is HC for non technical roles any different?

Work culture and WLB is highly dependent on your manager/team. Mindshare is great in that they have the $$$ to invest in research tools, but in my experience, was on the lower end in terms of payment. For reference, I’ve worked across WPP, IPG and OMG agencies.
Overall it’s a big no, the culture was toxic and pay was low
Is this the Bangalore location Mindshare?
I heard bad culture as well..my old director quit after a month after switching ..
Is this the Bangalore location Mindshare?
I've heard the WLB there is virtually non-existent.
All of it

Mindshare is known for diverting from WPP main agencies culture. I have colleagues who moved from mindshare/GroupM to my current employer and they do say it lacks processes and culture across the board. The culture is almost independent in comparison to other WPP agencies, as they don’t adhere to WPP
WLB - highly dependent to your manager & team
Pay - comparing to other agencies Mindshare is on a low end
Culture - rather conservative

The location and manager matters… to a certain extend.
Since technology and playbooks flows from the US office, what it feels like in the US will spill over a little to Bangalor.
Source: I’ve been in mindshare for 8 years, with experience in Asia and US offices. It used to be good but no longer.
I have heard really good things about them. I had a friend who worked there and she said the culture and wlb are great. She also said the benefits are good.
