Suppose in experience letter my designation is test specialist but in candidate form of EY I gave senior test specialist. Will it be problem?

Actually after getting promotion I thought I became senior test specialist so gave senior test specialist in EY form. But later checked my designation in current company which is test specialist.

Will I face any verification problem?

I am RTL design engineer at Qualcomm with YOE 3.5 and this AR cycle I'm expecting promotion as Senior design engineer.
For Bangalore location, What market correction I should expect and what should be the base salary after promotion? What is the general hike?

I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA. I think what is holding me back is my guilt for my immediate team but just want to check.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. Graduated in 2014. Base comp is $127.5k in the Philly area. I see salaries all over the place in this site and it’s hard to tell whether mine is competitive.

What's the annual hike at band 601 in CB LOB. How much time it takes to get promoted to next level 602. How much will be the annual bonus at 601 level & percentage hike we will get at the time of promotion.

I found out a soon to be 2nd year associate got a 10k raise making his salary 110k now, while I, the soon to be 3rd year associate got a 2k raise making my salary 107k. So now the 2nd year male associate is making more money than me. How do I bring this up to the partners?

Is it feasible to push from promotion from SM to D with under 1 years tenure at the firm, or would that not be entertained? Opportunity in the team, SM grade is over staffed with more coming in, no Directors, and have been high performer (based on metrics, sales and developed strong network)

I’ve worked 2 years at a non profit 501c 3 tech startup. When I started there were 6 employees we now have 22. I am considered a part of leadership and am a people manager in addition to my sales role. I am a high performer and last year got a 10% raise (which I asked for). This year I was offered 5%. I am going to counter but curious what anyone thinks I should ask for. I was thinking 8%.

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr). Hi folks, my base location as per EY GDS offer letter is Noida but I want it to be Gurgaon as my hometown is in Jaipur and Gurgaon is more convenient for me.. I sent email to my senior manager and got response that you can use flexibility and work in any Gds office in India. However, I feel that in case my base location is not being changed, I should shift to Noida rather than Gurgaon as there might be any formalities or facilities which we need to avail in our base location only.. Any thoughts?
