Need help on choosing a organization for next career step from senior software developer as full stack dot net.
I have 3 offers Synechron, Xoriant and Odessa.

Current CTC- 10LPA
Synechron offer-25.61 LPA
Xoriant-26 LPA
Odessa-31 LPA +5 lakh Joining bonus.

Technologies I am getting in synechron is Angular, dotnet core, Azure, SQL server

In Xoriant - need to give client interview once join them so it can be anything as of now.

Odessa- mvc.net, jQuery, SQL server, might get chance on Azure.

I have 9.5 yrs of experience and am currently level 62 in Microsoft. I feel I should be Senior SE in Microsoft (level 63) but when I got microsoft offer last year the HR said it is the maximum they can give. Fixed base is 28 LPA. There is an upcoming appraisal cycle in September, so I wanted to ask how much can I expect Microsoft to adjust the base salary in this appraisal cycle ( given my performance was decent) ?

I would like to hit fire between 40-50. Currently 27, 185k total comp (125 for me and 60 for partner). Like my job don’t hate it don’t love it. Does an MBA make sense? I was recently in discussion with the HR for an offer that was made (verbal only) to me where I had to give confirmation on a taxation scheme. After giving the confirmation they assumed (mentioned this when the shared the TC breakup) I had accepted the offer. Then I sent an email saying I am declining it as I have another offer which is more aligned for me.
