Hi Everyone I have joined FIS one month back only, I am just Okay with my current project. I see here everybody is leaving FIS and telling it's not good. I have changed Infosys within 7 months. Now, I don't want to switch this early. Can somebody tell me about the good points, pros in FIS. I really want to change my mindset so that I feel happy here and can give back something to organization.FIS Global

The most generic, widely-accepted way would be to say that you’re looking for a new opportunity, in order to expand your skill set or something along those lines. This is if you’re truly trying to say *nothing* about your real reason for quitting
Focus on the new job offer and just say it was too good to pass up. I would not even go into your thoughts on your current job. Say you got a lot out of your current job (even if you did not) but this other thing came along that you could not refuse.
You want to leave on a high note with your boss thinking positively about you. You never know when you might cross paths again in some other context. That person could be a valuable reference later.
Tell them the current role and process doesn't suit your long term career plans.
If you have any intention of staying with the company, but in a different position or department, let them know that too...
