Hi all,
I have a offer from Perficient and joining in 2 months time. Question :
1: how is the company in terms of job security and projects? I work with web analytics
2: How is the hike and work life balance.
3: Attrition rate
4: Hike is good but will it be a safer vet like Accenture Operations?
Need some views from people working there.
Thanks in advance.

SAP is a solution thats been used in almost all industries for long time and is a most trusted solution for running business. Even I'm 2 YOE FIORI developer and I feel it wouldn't be a booming tech such as React, but it would be a technology which would never go out of market as all the industries which were already using SAP GUI screens are moving towards web apps using Fiori and ABAP on S/4Hana. This transition will exist for long time as new features keeps getting integrated into existing solutions ( such as overview page using ML) and customer's Requirements are never ending 😜.
Hence dont think too much, but just keep expanding your knowledge in ABAP and you could move to Industry instead of consulting if you want to become a techno functional.
Its just my understanding and perspective. Please someone correct me if I'm wrong.
I would suggest learn ABAP ricefw first then quickly move on to HANA & FIORI, you'll get better CTC after 2-3yrs.
Can't comment on if it is the right choice as i hv 2yoe in ABAP n still confused 😂
