I need to understand about gratuity

I had joined an organisation of 16th July 2018 and my last working day was 26th May 2023

Now HR is saying you are not eligible for gratuity as 4 years and 240 days is excluding leaves.

Am I eligible for getting gratuity if yes then its already more than 60 days and I have not got my FnF and gratuity. What legal action I can take?

In the last week of december, do we have something like a global shutdown like deloitte usi? or do we have to exhaust our leaves during that time?

TCS people .. is the rumour true ? Is anybody getting leaves deducted or being forced to resign .. if you don't go to office after multiple warnings ?

Can somebody tell current leave policy in LTI? What are the leave types available and how many days?

Does Slalom provide any extra days off in addition to vacation? For example, short days on summer Fridays and closure between Christmas and New Years?

Employwr contribution to PF is 9450 monthly and i think same goes from my contribution as well
