I am working in IT audit domain (ITGC and ITACs)

YOE - 4 total and relevant both
My cctc - 14 lpa
Holding offer of 18lpa fixed from Accenture
Cleared technical rounds of wtw and Monday I have HR discussion call. What should be fair amount to ask??

I don't want to be very rigid so that company just give up on me but want to grab good offer as per market standards.

Which one will be good for Testing profile ( Career growth, job security, Appraisal, salary hike, New Skill).

1. Deloitte
2. PTC

Note : Both are offering almost same package.

Any suggestions for mentioned profile?

Folks, need some advice here. I got my hike letter at Unilever and it looks like the hike is only on the basic salary (as per the letter) and not on entire fixed (basic + hra + other). I joined the company only last year and I'm trying to understand if this is the usual thing here. I feel I have been low balled because I took the offer last year being convinced that another hike was on the way. Should i have a conversation about this with my Manager?

I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)

I want to join company x more due to their tech stack, culture etc. It's also an established product based company while y is service based.
