1. Mercer | Mettl- Senior Software Developer with X+1 LPA, and 1 Variable
2. Harman - Lead Engineer with X LPA + 2 Variable with 50 K JB
3. Siemens - Already working, Retaining with X-1 LPA with 2 JB
4 .Wipro - Technical Lead with X+1 LPA , 3 LPA Variable

YOE 7.5yrs. Tech : Java -Springboot & Angular
Salary is not big deal.

How much is too much when pushing for a raise? I’ve been in my position a little over 1 year, received top scores in my annual review, kept my team intact, yet I’m paid at the lowest salary band for my level. Manager has said multiple times she would look into a raise for me but nothing has happened. Person before me in this role was earning +$17K than me. How many times do I have to ask?

Just got offered a job at a small biotech in London (UK). ~£45k plus bonus but only 1YR FTC and no equity.

Pretty sure it's a discovery role too.

I just finished my PhD at a very good uni with 3 years technician experience before that. BSc and MSc also at very good unis with good grades.

I think this offer is well below par, but curious to hear what you guys think/if you have any comparisons?

I recently got offer letter from kyndryl. my YoE is 11.5 Years and skill set is that of DevOps (Python, Ansible, AWS, rDBMS, shell etc). Kyndryl offered the band 7a with salary 21lpa. Am I underpaid? Should I have asked for more?
