For a person who was into frontend development has to shift to a job in Microsoft intune and Tanium because he is on bench from sometime. Since he has no idea about both of those, what would be the roadmap and what certifications should he pursue for both, especially intune.

Please suggest in this regard.

New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. Is it actually worrisome to be on the bench in this environment or is this just a product of highly ambitious over achievers worrying about not being constantly utilized?

I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
