Hi fishes good morning. I joiner CapG on 26th may 2021 as a Associate consultant.  Till this date i got appraisal as well as promotion also.
But this is not sufficient  for a 5 year experience Data Engineer. So i resigned on 12 th june 2022. My current CTC is 9 lpa and i asked them 15lpa for retain. Everything is fine from my Capgemini manager and client manager. Only i am expecting HR Call and that will happen next week as my manager said. Any suggestion what will be next CTC ? Thanks

Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here.
