Has anyone attended an interview on 11th October 2025 for a SAP ABAP or any other role at Deloitte USI?
I attended the interview on 11th October, and both TR and MR rounds were done on 13th October. I received a PHT email the same day, submitted all documents immediately, and my last HR communication was on 15th October.
Since then, I haven’t received any update regarding the HR discussion or next steps.
Is anyone else facing a similar situation or has any advice?

I got an offer ( after 6 months of joining here in Infosys) and informed my lead the same.He spoke with my manager and my manager has agreed to retain me but needs his manager approval.
Now I have waited for a week without resigning to see if I can get any written official communication of the same.

But all of a sudden, my manager is asking me why are you this doing now? You have just now joined after speaking with his manager.
Why is this sudden change in his behaviour?

TCS ghosted me. I cleared 2 rounds of interview and they asked me to update the documents. They are in verified status since 2 weeks. Since then I heard nothing from them. The salary negotiation has not happened yet. I called the HR and got the response like they will get back in a few days.
Anyone knows when will they get back??

Recently I switched company and my current ctc is 35LPA. But my take home is only 2lakhs. And almost 60k going for taxes. I have housing loan and utilized full 80c. Appreciate guidance from other how they manage their taxes if they are at higher slab.
