Infosys offer 40lpa incl VP. Current company is retaining with 36lpa fixed. Will Infosys revise offer if I show revised compensation from current company. 12yoe/AEM Infosys Tata Consultancy Capgemini Wipro Cognizant IBM Accenture

How to structure the compensation for level 8 ? Should basic be more or allowance should be more for a package of 25lpa fixed.

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.
