How much time does Accenture take to come up with counter offer.
I have 3.5 yoe in SAP, lwd in 2 weeks. I cleared technical and had a salary discussion with HR on same day. They were offering 8.5 L fixed which is similar to the offer on hand with me, while I asked for more.
The HR was +ve and said will try for higer amount and not returning calls now. While some other person called to complete doc submission in portal. They haven't put my profile on hold yet.
Any inputs? TIA

I got an offer at Nokia, and my new manager said that she wanted to put me in the higher salary bracket however the HR insisted that we lowered the range. That caused me to receive a much lower salary than expected. Should I renegotiate even when my manager said that she tried giving me more. Does HR really play that big of a role in this?

Citi bank- 3277000 fixed

I got an offer from accenture 8lpa fixed 1.68 variable n the position is level 11.
Now i have better offers from pwc n kpmg
10lpa fixed.
Will accenture increase their offer. They wer not even ready to go till 8.5 last time. But now i have other offers in hand. Is it possible to go back and ask for improved offer n position even though i have accepted the old 8lpa offer from accenture 1 month back.
