I am a DevOps engineer working for an MNC company. Approximately 35 days ago, I have completed my 2 rounds of interview, followed by Salary discussion round within a span of 7 days.

Since then, I have been following up with the HR every single week regarding the Offer Letter, they are mentioning that 'it's in approval stage'. Is this normal for approvals to take this long? Could someone pls let me know. Thanks :)

Hi Fieshes, i don’t want to leave development but the job roles I’m getting now after i resigned are the business analyst roles and not the data science ones as i thought of them to be. . So will i be able to get to data science after these business analyst roles. Does business analytics include the data science and development. Or should i look for better opportunities.
