Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday. Hi Everyone!

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?

I’m in presales and I’m finding it extremely documentation heavy and sort of a back end role. I’m not sure how the career growth is in Pre sales. I am thinking of moving back to Delivery. Can you please advise if I should continue in PreSales as far as salary growth is concerned? (I’m getting 17 LPA which I feel is a bit in the lower side)
