He said he will give his feedback to the HR and they will reach out. [Urgent] One of my friend works for T*C. He's serving Notice Period. It's his last month. HR called yesterday evening and told him that they have urgent onsite requirement in Mexico and told him to "Withdraw" his resignation as soon as possible and they'll start documentation and stuff. He holds offer letter with more than 100% hike. What do you guys suggest? Has anybody else faced the same thing ?
