I got an offer at Licious for the role of Lead data scientist (good pay with around 35% hike). Actually I wanted to get an honest opinion/feedback about working at Licious(especially engineering and data science teams)- interms of work culture, transparency,vision and clarity/prioritization of problems, work life balance and overall employee well being importance. Hi I’m currently in a ICU position. I have less than a year under my belt but I want to transition into aesthetics or plastics as an RN. Does anyone have any advice or opportunities for RNs in the Miami / Broward county area ?

Are online executive leadership programs helpful in getting a higher level role or getting noticed for Director and above jobs? Or does it not matter if you have a decent amount of experience? 10+ years?

If you go for interview and you sort of know that the person interviewing you might be curious about something on your negative on your resume like why is there a gap or why were you in XX role for so long?

Do you address it pre-emptively? Or does that show insecurity and you leave the elephant in the room and wait till they ask you?

I guess this is more in the case of networking than interview like do you make your own story?

Does anyone have ideas on how to navigate a smaller team environment when everyone’s roles seem to be stretched (hiring for additional people has been taking a while, not sure why). The stress causes some tension and that’s probably not great for the overall morale of the company long-term. I try to ignore and just stay focused on what I need to do yet sometimes proves challenging. I worry it might affect my professional/career growth. Thoughts on this would be helpful, thanks!

I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
