I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself. After graduating I am in home since 5 months , and today got a offer with 1.5 year bond 2.4 LPA package and java developer role in small bootstrap company of only 15 employees, not even giving laptop.

So should I join the company or wait more and get better offers from better companies.
Considering the current recession scenario in mind.

How's the condition of job market in Singapore as I have heard they offer around 20% hike while switching jobs.
