Hi fishes, I have an offer from Wells, next month is my joining, I have an another offer from service based comparatively 4l + fixed variation. How to talk about salary negotiation in Wells ? Will they revise the offer? Also hearing some bad reviews recently on work culture. Please help with your thoughts.

Will I be getting the joining bonus with the first month salary or will I get that after 3 months ? Ps: I joined on 16th august and my first salary is due on 30th September.

My manager has given me rating 1 in confirmatory appraisal on may 18 may which happened after completion of 1 year at wipro.
I raised the issue of rating with my manager immediately , he convinced me not to worry , ratings are already submitted , I asked him to resubmit cause i don't deserve rating 1
