Hi Fishes. I have given interview for KPMG and cleared the technical rounds. Also, had a call with HR on my compensation part. But, its been 2 weeks, the HR didn't send me the offer letter and they didn't call me to negotiate again. To be precise, i haven't received any update from them till now. How should i ask the HR now? I am not really sure if i am in and dont want to lose other opportunities because of this.

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.

I also feel I am earning way less than my peers which makes me feel like a loser. 4.5 years of work-ex and 16LPA.

Hi fishes, in a dilemma....switched to a Big4 from MNC(almost 7 years of exp) in April 2020. The pay was normalised at 15.5LPA. Will get the package revised next month to 16.25 LPA. Now Deloitte has approached, so can I ask for 30%pay hike considering the switch will happen after completing almost 11-12 months in my current organization or can I ask for more than 30%, depending if I get a senior consultant or manager role? Also will the switch within a year have any negative impact?
