Can anyone tell me, what are the steps to get Salesforce Certification Vouchers.

Also I wanted to know if there are any limits or any criteria to apply for the voucher.

I would like to transfer my career to Healthcare Data Analytics. I’m gaining my data analytics certification by the ending of November. I’ve also worked and still currently working for great healthcare company’s. I also have lots of great healthcare data experience. My only concern is no degree. What can I say to recruiters that will WOW them or replace the fact I have no degree because that’s what most of these company’s require.
