I have two offers with me and would like to know your opinion.

Offer 1- Big 4 Consultancy Firm company offering 13.5 lakhs CTC with 10% variable pay. Position offered is the same i.e. Associate

Offer 2- Birlasoft offering 13.5 lakhs CTC (no variable pay) + joining bonus. Position offered is consultant. And they are open to negotiation

My bg: 2.2 years of work experience in ESG Associate with a UK based consultancy firm. Current CTC -8.5 lakhs

Any suggestions?

What does the signing bonus look like at RSM for consulting?

Base - 20LPA
Bonus - 10LPA (over 2 years)
RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

I have an H1b which I received in 2019 and was valid till august2021, due to covid I wasn't able to travel and then I switched to another firm last year in November. If I get visa transfer, will it provide me a validity back as I haven't used any on site time on that visa.

TCS giving USA onsite, ~80k USD ( H1B was expired, came back to India, still 3 years left, have approved H1B extension, not stamped yet) - CCTC - 9.25L
Infosys 24L (21-F,3-V)
JPMC - 28L Fixed.

Is there a significant difference in total comp potential between ops and investments roles?
