One of my former client ask me if I would join them as contractor for around 160-165k
Job offer: 2 year contract each year has a chance to turn full time, with benefit , mortgage insurance company

I work at a mid tier firm in an audit group of ~20 people. We’ve recently had two seniors and a manager leave, and I just found out another senior with a ton of big jobs is leaving in three weeks. I also just found out I’m being promoted to senior with a raise of 10%. In light of all these departures though, I kind of want to ask for more.... should I? And what % raise is appropriate? I think I have work trauma not sure how it’s clouding my ability to make decisions. I’ve had unstable work after being laid off from a company 3 years ago.
